I had the pleasure of helping my clients bring new life into their Mid-Century Modern ranch in the heart of Central Phoenix. This project was intense, the home was demo’ed down to the studs, we removed one of the main walls to relocate the kitchen adding this beautiful industrial metal beam.

Right off the entrance, we created this beautiful feature wall with Hickory wood slats balancing the other white, bright walls in the open living space.

Inside the kitchen, we added several custom touches like this large picture, hinged window that opens up to back outdoor living space. Perfect for entertaining! The natural stone countertops continue up the walls as the backsplash creating a beautiful cascading effect. Open shelving for displaying beautiful vases and decor add to the modern, minimum feel of the house. A custom built in niche above the range stores commonly used items for cooking such as olive oil.

In the primary bathroom, we created a large walk in shower “wet room” with a gorgeous soaking tub complete with marble tiles.

The opposite side is the large shower area with built in niche and bench.

The second and third bathrooms continue the modern feel with hexagon concrete starburst wall tiles and marble flooring in a soft muted green.
